It's a simple mod that shuts down main power you cannot go to warp while this is engaged, you cannot maneuver, sensors are offline too you're dead in water, a sitting duck.
Also, you'll notice that the LCARS turns off too (no longer happens if you have BP Core installed) and the same effect is used as in Silent Running to simulate Power Down externally on a ship.
This mod serves no real purpose it's for fun only and it took me 30 minutes to write down this
script. You have some custom sounds that come with the mod so enjoy.
