It makes a temporary duplicate of your ship and helps you fight the bad guys. All details are defined via plugins, such as the duration of the Manheim Effect, the Warp Core Power Loss.

The temporal ship will appear new and pristine, while the player ship maintained substantial damage. You will need to reestablish your target lock to any attacking enemy ship. This effect should last long enough for you to deal with any desperate situations you may encounter in Quickbattle.
